Patricia Guerrieri Obituary

Private services were held for Patricia A. Guerrieri, 82, who passed away at home peacefully on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 surrounded by her family.

Patti Ann was born November 21, 1938, the daughter of the late Frank & Margaret Zangara. She was a graduate of East High School and eventually made a home for herself and her three children in Poland where she taught them to appreciate the small joys that life brings.

After retiring from Handleman’s Co., Patti Ann spent many years in Florida walking the beach, collecting shells and inviting family and friends to visit whether for a day, a week or longer.

Aside from being an excellent cook and talented artist, she enjoyed listening to opera and classical music, and watching her beloved New York Yankees. But her biggest joy of all was time spent with family and her closest friends.

Besides her parents, Patti Ann was preceded in death by her siblings, Robert Zangara, Don Zangara, Rose DePaul, her twin, Francis Fitchet, and her nephew James (Jimmy) DePaul.

Patti Ann will be missed by her children Denise (John) Probst of Boardman, Richard Guerrieri of Fort Myers, Florida and Richelle Guerrieri of Poland, her grandchildren John Probst IV and Jessica Probst, her great grandchildren, Tre and Tanner and many nieces and nephews.
