Richard L. "Rick" Spokane, 79, died at home Thursday, September 22, 2022.
Rick was born October 18, 1942, in Pittsburgh the son of Sam and Min Spokane.
Rick was a graduate of The Rayen School and also was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
He started selling cars at the age of 21 in 1964. He loved selling cars and enjoyed his many loyal customers and the people he worked with. He felt if you loved what you do, you've never worked a day in your life. This is why at the age of 79 he was still selling cars. He was a long-time employee of Sweeney Chevrolet.
Rick is survived by his longtime partner, Susan Sprigg, his brother Herbert Spokane and nieces and nephews, Allison (Eli) Israel, Robert (Linda)Spokane, Julie Riani and Fred (Paula) Spokane.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister Shirley Arnold and his nephews, Michael Spokane and David Arnold.
Services will be at 1:00pm, Thursday, September 29th in Shriver-Allison-Courtley-Weller-King Funeral Home, 292 Madison Avenue, Youngstown, OH.
