Our beloved aunt , Rose Yampolsky, passed away on Monday , June 15, 2020 at
St. Elizabeth Hospital , Boardman. She was 93 Years old.
Aunt Rose was born October 3, 1926 in the family home on Fulton Street in Youngstown, Ohio, to Ben and Anna ( Shulman) Yampolsky. She graduated from South High School in 1944. She was previously employed at Yampolsky Merchandisers and Phantom Fireworks . She was a past member of ABWA(American Business Women’s Association) and a life long member of Ohev Tzedek Synagogue .
She had been a resident of Hampton Woods in Poland Ohio , for several years.
The family would like to give a special thank you to her many wonderful caregivers from Comfort Keepers and especially acknowledge Stacie Franczak and Shan Gore, for their loving care and devotion to their “Rosie” .They were her angels and we are grateful for how they helped keep us in touch with our aunt during this Covid isolation period. She came to love them like family.
Rose was preceded in death by her four siblings, brother, Abe Yampolsky, sisters, Clara Cook, Sylvia Zoldan and Rebecca Grossman and a great -niece Carly Ann Zoldan.
She will be deeply missed by her nieces and nephews;
Bruce Zoldan, Rori Herman-Zoldan, Diane( David) Burda, Judy(David) Lockshaw, Jeff Zoldan , Alan((Laural) Zoldan; Michigan nieces, Lynda(Joe) Warshawsky, Beverly(Bruce) Gale, Ivy (Steve) Abrams; 16 great nieces and nephews and 8 great-great nieces and nephews.
Private burial service is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at the Ohev Tzedek Cornersburg Cemetery.
